Due to the delicate nature of the artworks and the complexities of packaging and shipping, I am unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. A tracking number will be provided via email, and the buyer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the correct delivery address.

For international orders, please note that customs fees and taxes may apply, and these are the buyer’s responsibility to cover. However, your satisfaction is my priority. If the artwork is damaged during transit, I will assist you in the refund process. The refund will be processed through the insurance company, and I will require a detailed claim along with photographic evidence of the damage.

If the package shows visible damage upon arrival, please take photos before opening it, including images of the damage and the artwork. These will be necessary for the insurance claim.
